It lets you view very large images in one go.

Image Fiddler is a small program to view very large images, which very often don't fit on your screen and you can't see them easily. Image Fiddler lets you adjust the size of these images to see them in one, and you can also see any part of the original size if you click on it.

With Image Fiddler you can save the reduced version of the image, as it supports BMP, JPEG, GIF, PNG and even Metafile formats. It also supports conversion among distinct formats, and all these functions are available from the same menu.
